We try hard to keep our customers satisfied to the best of our abilities. We truly appreciate your business and hope that you will find our products to be of superior quality. All of our leather products are made in the U.S.A. from the highest quality leather and hardware available by skilled craftspeople. We take great pride in our products and we are sure that you will too.
If you need a custom size that is not shown There is a special instructions box located on the bottom of the shopping cart page, where you place you ordering information. Please put all your special sizes and any other special instructions in this box. In most cases we can accommodate any size you desire on most of our products. Just tell us what you want and we will do our best to supply you with it.
Current prices are reflected on our website. We reserve the right to change the price list without notification but we will not change the price of an item you order. Orders being shipped to Connecticut addresses will be charged 6% sales tax.
Payments may be made by cash, money order, or credit card (MasterCard Visa and Discover only). Credit card Statements will be billed as DLC for privacy. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Dungeonware® Co. There will be a fee of $20.00 on all returned checks. Please contact us to discuss terms for wholesale orders.
Dungeonware® will ship your order very discreetly within the continental USA via UPS Ground for $9.95 per order*. There is no limits on how many items are in the order. Other shipping options are are available at your request. Most orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt and in many cases sooner. Due to circumstanced beyond our control, It is possible that an out of stock item may take longer. We assume no responsibility for the arrival of foreign shipments. The customer is responsible for compliance with all customs regulations in the destination country.
Dungeonware® has a repair department to service your repair needs. We can even repair items form other manufactures for you. Many of the products purchased from us have a lifetime warranty. However, this warranty only covers items that we manufacture. Any part or product not manufactured by us is not covered by the warranty. There will be a fee to replace a ny items not covered by the warranty. The Dungeonware® warranty also does not cover damage or modifications done by the user to the product. Items sent to us for repair must be clean. We reserve the right to replace or repair merchandise under warranty at our discretion. Shipping charges for repairs and not included by the warranty.
If you wish to return an item, please send it back within 10 days in the original shipping material by prepaid U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. For your protection you should insure any and all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an exchange is requested, customer is responsible for additional shipping charges. Dungeonware® is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
